Grow Your Plumbing and Septic Business
Homeowners with a full tank or a backed-up line want a straight answer from someone close by. Vashare Septic is a referral service that sends those homeowner requests to independent providers. You keep running your own business, set your own prices, and choose the jobs that fit your schedule.
There are no jobs to staff here and no employment offered. This page is for contractors who want homeowner calls, not for people seeking a paycheck.
Who We Are Looking For
Providers who work in or near the Kansas City area and handle one or more of these:
- Septic tank pumping and emergency septic cleaning
- Drainfield repair and inspection
- Sewer line repair and camera scoping
- Water well service tied to septic systems
Small owner-operated outfits are welcome, and so are larger shops.
What We Expect
Homeowners are often stressed when they reach out. Providers in the network are expected to:
- Answer requests in a polite, timely way
- Explain the problem and options in plain words
- Give a written quote before starting
- Follow local rules, permit needs, and state requirements
- Respect the home, the yard, and the family's schedule
- Be honest about availability and never overpromise
If a job is outside your skills or service area, say so. Referring it onward is better than a poor visit.
How to Apply
Send a short email to contact@vashare.property. Include your business name, the services you offer, the towns you cover, and a good way to reach you. Add anything that helps, such as the equipment you run or the types of homes you see most.
A reply will follow with next steps. Joining does not guarantee any number of requests, because homeowner demand varies by season and by area.
Questions?
Write to contact@vashare.property with anything you would like to know before you apply. Ask about how referrals reach you, what the network expects, or how coverage areas work.
