How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Vashare Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What it was like to call or contact Vashare Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Vashare Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@vashare.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
